  • Selection, specification, ordering and tracking of fixtures, flooring, windows, doors, siding and equipment
  • Development of Specification Binder for homeowner and builders
  • Permitting process – meetings/presentations with Building Dept, Design Advisory and Review Boards, Planning Boards, etc.
  • Selection of builder – requesting, analyzing, and reviewing builder estimates with/for homeowners
  • Liaison between homeowner and builder and additional stakeholders
